In keeping with our purpose to promote and advance fiber art through the education of our members and the public, DAFA offers programs through the monthly meetings, play days, and workshops. Non-members are welcome to attend.

Programs:

• August 25, 2008: Cassie Carnutt presents My Trip to India. Cassie will talk about about her recent trip to India.   • Mini Workshop: Deborah Boschert will teach us how to make paper star lanterns inspired by the ones in India. The workshop is from 6-7:00pm and there is a $2 material fee.

The programs begin at 7:15pm at The Point, Center for Arts and Education on the campus of C.C. Young Retirement Community, 4829 Lawther West, in Dallas.
